Reservations are non-cancellable

A damage deposit of €100 will be required on arrival. It will be paid by credit card. It will be returned at check-out. The deposit will be returned in full once the accommodation has been checked

Maximum 45 days (extendable by prior agreement). Minimum 4 days in July, 6 days in August, and 2 days the rest of the year

Children from 4 years old are considered adults in this accommodation. Beds for children and Cots for babies (prior notice)

The apartment check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. We need this margin of time to clean thoroughly and that each new guest enjoys the stay as it deserves. In the Terms and Conditions section in the footer of the website you will find all the information in this regard.

4 is the maximum number of persons that can access the 1-bedroom apartment (including adults, children and babies).

5 is the maximum number of people that can access the 2-bedroom apartment (including adults, children and babies).

Exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, with the corresponding cancellation costs being applied. It is not possible to add cots or extra beds in this accommodation.

Please call us as soon as possible to report any damage caused to the apartment’s belongings. We will try to fix or replace it and come to an agreement on the cost.

Apartamentos Puerto Aguadulce guarantees that on arrival the apartment is clean, tidy and in perfect condition. The apartment must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was presented to you
